Mr Lambe had been recommended to me by two different people. When I met Mr Lambe I went to my Consultation with an open mind, but I knew as soon as I sat down that Mr Lambe was the Surgeon for me. Mr Lambe was incredibly personable, professional, caring, informative, understanding and realistic - all of the good stuff, none of the quick-sales/unrealistic goal nonsense. I had a number of 'body hang-ups' which we chatted about at length and I left the Consultation feeling completely refreshed and excited. Between the Consultation and my Surgery, Mr Lambe and I chatted some more about my expectations vs realistic goals, which ironed out any straggling questions. On the day of my surgery, as soon as I saw Mr Lambe I felt safe and content - he made me feel immediately at ease and I knew I was in the best hands. Not only was the Surgery a success, but 5 days in to my recovery and I feel great - my dressings are fantastic and I cannot feel nor see any signs of discomfort - it's almost as though nothing has happened! I also admire Mr Lambe's commitment to the after-care and how they do not lose touch once you have had your surgery. My experience with Mr Lambe has been second to none - he has been honest from day 1 and his focus was on how I felt, and what he could realistically achieve. I cannot recommend or thank both him and his team enough for my experience. I am thrilled with my results and I am looking forward to seeing Mr Lambe for my follow-up appointment soon. 5* and above - a truly wonderful Surgeon, and a caring and devoted person from start to finish.

I can't find the words to express how great the care is that you receive from Reflect. Right from the off Jayne, Mr Lambe's PA, takes you under her wing. No matter how busy she is she makes you feel like you are the most important person in her day. She answers every question with such intelligence and warmth that you feel totally nurtured. Mr Lambe really listens to you and offers well thought out advice and makes you feel completely heard and safe all the way through. Aftercare is excellent and no query is too trivial to receive a full and satisfactory resolution. I would 100 % recommend Reflect to my friends and family every time.

Mr Lambe had been recommended by a friend. The service and quality of care surpassed my expectations. Mr Lambe is extremely professional, whilst at the same time is so easy to speak with. He made me feel very relaxed from the very first meeting onwards, I felt completely at ease even though this could have been an embarrassing meeting as it was a bust reduction. Everything regarding the procedure was explained to me in detail and he was very honest and realistic about my expectations. The team that supports Mr Lambe are equally as supportive, Jane is there to go through each stage in more detail and she offers such a personal touch to this procedure. It felt as if i knew Jane by the end of this process. I had the operation at Wilmslow hospital and once again this whole experience was so smooth. Mr Lambe and his team performed the procedure and the after care was outstanding. Patrick the anaesthetist was extremely reassuring throughout the pre opp stage, who worked alongside Apostolos, who supports Mr Lambe with the actual surgery. I had a breast reduction from Dr Lambe and I am over the moon with the results! If only I done it sooner, my life has changed dramatically and I am much more confident & happy. I am going on holiday soon and I can finally wear what I want and feel comfortable in my own skin! Dr Lambe listened to me carefully, he is very caring and compassionate, I cannot thank him and his team enough. Jayne, the practice manager couldn’t be nicer, she was always texting and calling to check on me and make sure I was ok. I first called in September 2021 and since then she has been so lovely, feel like I have known her for years. Thank you Reflect Clinic!

I had done a lot of research before calling the clinic. Once I had spoken to Jayne I knew I had made the right choice. Mr Lambe was amazing he listened he understood and he delivered. I’m 8 weeks post op and I couldn’t be happier. The process is seem less from first call to discharge. I would 100% recommend Mr Lambe and his team.
